Biltmore Tuxedos Ridgewood

The guys had a great experience there and they were awesome to work with. ~ Lovemuffin1125

Coleman's Tuxedo - Springfield

Coleman's had by far the best discounts and mostly it was because we had such a larger bridal party but my hubby was able to get his tuxedo for free day of and also a choice of a suit or tuxedo of up $300. They delivered the tuxedos to my house 2 days before the wedding to make sure everything was correct and picked them up the day after. They got all the items right for 16 tuxedos we ordered....but the sizing was wrong for a few of the tuxedos. Colemans fixed them the day after and all the groomsmen looked handsome the day of. My experience was great with Colemans and I would use them again and recommend them to anyone. They were a recommendation through a friend and I am glad they told me about them! ~ Dancer2873

Cozy Tuxedos

There were a few issues (wrong sizes) when the guys picked up the tuxes, but they were all quickly rectified. Some of the shoes were a bit worn for my taste, but you would of never noticed unless you were the one wearing them and inspecting them. I guess it's tough with rentals, and you can't expect everything to look new. All and all, they got the job done, and no one really had any complaints. ~ USER876

They were a little annoying to deal with and luckily DH has no problem calling senior management until he gets his way but we had issues with different locations honoring the initial price quoted, issues with sizes when it was picked up. A store manager actually drove to the hotel on the day of our wedding to deliver the proper size. So they get a decent grade for customer service but they are not too organized! ~ teamAandE

Ducoff's Tuxedos

The men looked stunning and they were very laid back. Too bad my groom didn't notice a small hole in his pants...yes, right in front. We laughed about it because it didnt show in pictures. ~ apseckles

Re: Livingston location A They tuxes all came in on time and were measured perfect especially since 4 people were from out of town. ~ jen629

No problems at all. I think one of the guys tux did not fit at all but they fixed it right there for him. Everyone looked very nice. The service was very awesome as well. We lucked out here. I've heard some horror stories. ~ mcconvillejulia

We had a pretty decent experience with them.DH's pants were too short, but they fixed them right away.My father had to go back a few times b/c his jacket didn't fit right and the new jacket wasn't in when they said it would be. Some of the GMs had minor issues, but they fixed everything. You never know what you're going to get with these people, but at least everyone's tux came in on time and they fixed any problems. ~ cknud112

Re: Rockaway location I know there have been some pretty bad reviews with them but I need to let you guys know that there is some good. We used them because some of the guys are states away. Everything came in on thursday of last week. All the guys went yesterday and everything is perfect. Everyone looks handsome not one complaint. The rockaway guys were awesome I really liked them and they were truly helpful. ~ mcconvillejulia

Re: Edgewater location  probably wouldn't use them again. Other than being very unattentive, unprofessional and all around jerky to customers, their tux's fit horribly. The way everything is cut is too big. My mom was also treated like crap when she went with my dad to get his tux. She told the guy helping her the color of her dress and he picked the color of my dad's vest for her. Never showed her samples or swatches. So of course when it came in my mom hated it (I thought it looked great but whatever) and wanted to change it. They told her the earliest it would be in would be Friday (the day of my wedding) and it would be $20 to change it. I ended up calling corporate and they told me they would waive the fee (not that it was much but it was the principle) but it still would not get there till Friday. I think it was pretty rude that they didn't even OFFER to waive the fee in the store. This was their wrong doing. They should have shown my mom the swatches that were in the store. I know they have them because MH and I looked at them. Every time me, MH or one of my GMs even went into the store we were ignored for about 20 mins. Horrible customer service. If I didn't have GMs in another state I would have gone with a local company instead of a national one. But all the boys had something to wear the day of and they looked fine. ~ melissa721

They had to alter my husband's pants on the day we picked it up because they were too short, they also had to alter my best man's jacket, my one ring bearer was missing his socks and pocket square and my BIL was given an adult tie instead of children's tie. However these mistakes were fixed quickly it was just a hassle. ~ shelene.suefert

Re: Paramus location I'd recommend working with Marissa, the department manager. We had 2 out-of-state groomsmen, 2 other groomsemen, MH's father & my brother; everything fit perfectly. ~ Jaytee501

LarissaAnn's Men's Wearhouse Review Re: Paramus location

Re: Various locations They are very reasonably priced, however the quality of their shirts are cheap looking. Also, while they are very conveniently located, almost every wedding I have been to has used them, and therefore all the groom's outfits look the same. Their tuxedos are not fitted well, but they do have a tailor on location for little adjustments. ~ Bashert628

Robert's Tuxedos

MH is a short, stocky guy who is very hard to fit. We worked with Robert who was able to tailor the pants exactly to his needs. And he gave us a great winter deal. Our OOT GM were able to call in their measurements and then when they arrived Robert fitted them. He is also a professional tailor so any problems we had were taken care of before they were problems.~ CM1206

Re: Rockaway location I had heard some rants about the Ledgewood store, but I decided to pop into the Rockaway store on my way home one day. Well Tiffany, the manager there is wonderful. She was a pleasure to work with and on top of her game dealing with our sometimes flighty groomsmen. We got a good deal pricewise and the customer service alone would make me recommend them. ~ Sinthya

Re: Ledgewood location One of the big selling points for us had been that we were told we could pick up the tuxes the weekend before our Friday wedding. We must have mentioned it 10 times when we went there and they kept saying yes, we’ll do that no problem. They ended up not having them ready until the day before the wedding – and that was only because we bitched a lot when they told us they’d be ready the day of. The same person manages both the Ledgewood and Rockaway stores. I wouldn’t recommend them. ~ Kate&Mark
