They were on time for me but were last to pick up Willy and his guys. It all worked out well b/c the ceremony was actually delayed but just had to mention that. Other than that the limo was nice, the driver was good. Nothing much I can say. BTW we got a Rolls Royce for a pick up and drop off and a party bus. The bridal party really enjoyed the party bus. I would recommend them if you’re looking for a good deal but not for the really picky bride. ~ N&W09

We booked a stretch escalade and it was in pristine condition and really clean. They showed up early at all locations and knew where they were going. The only complaint I could even think of is that they were on the pricier side of things. ~ Lovemuffin1125

From day 1 Tony was great to work with. As it got closer to the wedding, I called them a couple times just to check, double check, and yes even triple check to make sure everything was set. The limo was on time, clean, and the driver was so nice. I would highly recommend this company to everyone! ~ misskris927

We rented a stretch Escalade from First Class as well as 2 of their shuttles for our OOT guests.  The driver that we had for the limo (Pete) was fantastic.  He was a lot of fun and very attentive.  They just got a new Escalade a few weeks ago, so the limo was only 3 weeks old in perfect condition!  Their shuttle service was also fantastic.  The got all of our guests to the reception venue on time and made their scheduled routes at the end of the evening.  DH and I were planning on taking the shuttle home at the end of the night, but didn’t realize that we were going to have so much stuff to bring back home (I didn’t expect BCC to have everything packed up and ready for us to take home that night).  My MOH and her parents and husband were still there, and offered to take us home (we only live 5 min away from the venue) as well as some of our stuff.  And right as we walked outside, one of the shuttles pulled up, ready to take us home.  He brought guests to the hotels, and wasn’t at the end of the time that we contracted them for, so he came back to see if there was anyone else needing a ride.  He loaded all of our stuff onto the bus and helped us unload it all at the house.  That really made our night!  Highly Recommend ~ 30may09bride



We had a limo bus which was great….there was so much room. I think that they even gave us the larger limo bus the day of. Anthony was the driver and he was wonderful. I think that he carried my train more than any of my girls. He was just such a cool guy.  We also got the shuttle service through First Class. They only have one shuttle that operates back and forth. They did 2 trips from the hotel to the River House before the reception and I heard everything went great. They all arrived on time before cocktail hour and there was even some shore traffic that they hit. After the reception, the driver had to make 2 trips as well. I think he waited too long for the guests to pile in on the first bus. It put us behind on our time schedule as a result.He did not pull up to the River House for the 2nd group until 1155PM or so. As a result, I went over my allotted time by 15/20 minutes. The driver did tell me that I was over the time when we arrived at the hotel but he did not charge me additional. So, that was nice….but I felt that he should have stuck to the time schedule and left at the scheduled time that First Class and I had given him…..I think he was expecting the 1st shuttle to be full. ~ Heater020780

Short and simple they got me late to my wedding there is no excuse I gave them over an hour of extra time because it was a 4 hour contract and the limo driver didnt even call my husband until he was 15 minutes late to get him. the air condtioning didnt work and when I started calling them the Monday after I got no response from the company until friday when they decided to start blaming things on me. I would never use them again or recommend them to any one stay far away. Kate is the person I dealt with and I am still trying to get money back for it. ~ jen629

They showed up at the church and called me and said "i think i'm at the church" so i said thats nice and where's the bride and the bridal party. I showed up late b/c of them. No drinks were inside the limo and her excuse is that because its raining and its usually a package with the red carpet so since they cant put out the red carpet she didnt THINK to bring any drinks. I let it go but then half way to the reception she stopped the limo and said she needs the rest of the money after we already told her the DOC has her money and she's already at the venue. My hubby nearly choked the sh**t out of this lady. ~ oby

 

The reason I gave them a B was on their customer service up to the wedding. The prices were comparable I would say with other companies available. Their customer service however did give us a little grief prior to the wedding just because their secretary is very rough around the edges and needs some polish when it comes to dealing with customers. On the day of, they were on time for the girls but not for the boys (good thing this wasn't too much of a big deal). Also we arranged for a pickup after the reception for my parents that we set for a certain time and they showed up 30 mins later stating that was the pick up time they were instructed on- in the end not a big deal but annoying none-the-less ~ princet1

The day of service went well. Our driver was very attentive and added on a few extra stops for us too. Needed to brush up on directions because he attempted to go a very long way to our reception, but we corrected that. Very nice though and our Escalade was great... and very clean too!!! Responsiveness: It was very hard to communicate with the company once we left our deposit. Sent a fax and just wanted to confirm that they received it and it took 2 emails and 2 phone calls. That was annoying. ~ mena

 NJ Limo bus was great from the start, always professional and super accomodating. Their cars were emaculate, well kept, brand new, clean, etc. Unfortunately it was such a hot day of our wedding day and the Rolls Royce I got wasnt the bet choice for a day like ours, and the bus we got for the bridal party had a mishap with their air conditioning. Well NJ Limo Bus got a brand new bus for us and a chrysler 300 for the bride and groom. Joe felt so bad he is also refunding us some money for our troubles. Even though we had the air conditioning issue, they acted professional and more than fixed the problem, which to me is good service from a good business. Above all we were on time all day and were taken where ever we needed to go! ~ Dancer2873

They were horrible! My limo was the one thing that went terribly wrong. They were extremely late the day of my wedding and when my BIL called to see where they were they told him to f off. It was very classy of them. I would not recommend using them. ~ alyssa44

Very nice drivers. Clean & on time limo’s. We had the Rolls Royce for dad & I. Then husband came in. Bottle of champagne was very nice & cold. Driver was extremely friendly. Party bus for bridal party was nice and spacious. TV didn’t work and driver was unwilling to stay 2 seconds past paid time. ~ Mags0220

I think I'm the only person on here to have a not-so-great experience with them.We had 2 limos, the limo transporting DH and BP to the church was a half hour late.It was pouring rain and the driver did NOT have an umbrella.This, to me, is just completely unacceptable.My family members had to come out of church with their own umbrellas to help people out of the limo and into church.I was also told by the BP and DH that the driver was texting while he was driving, in the rain.They didn't really feel safe.My limo arrived on time and my driver had an umbrella, thankfully.The limos didn't have much to do for us, they just had to take us from the hotel to church and from the church to Westmount and then they were done, so it is regretful that they couldn't do that without any problems.At least we got where we needed to go, albeit late and wet. ~ cknud112

We picked them because their wedding packages were 3 ½ hours instead of 3, which ended up being a perfect amount of time. Our driver was early, very friendly, and amazing good at helping me navigate my big dress. ~ Kate&Mark

Santos pretty much lived up to its reputation on here.The only two annoyances were my driver and the fact that there was a visible dent in the Rolls Royce (which was not there when we saw the car).My driver really was a nice guy but he was everywhere he shouldn’t have been (like helping me put on my dad’s bout?!).So he was in a lot of pics/video he didn’t need to be in.He also instructed everyone when we arrived at the church before the ceremony what to do, how to pose for pics, it was weird. ~ Jerzee

Arrived 15 mins early, the escalade was spotless (and I used to detail cars and AM PICKY). The Driver was awesome, he helped my FI with her dress for the entire photoshoot at lambert castle. The ground was wet so every time we moved she needed help getting the dress off the ground. He was always there. Gerda even commented how she never saw a driver so accomodating. I ended up tipping him extra (even though I said I would never do that!!). Only gripe, the radio reception in the limo wasn't the greatest. We lived with it, but should of brought a mixed cd to play during our ride. ~ USER876

Last weekend was my Bachelorette party and my BMs used Santos because we are using them for our wedding and they were the best price. The limo was immaculate and the driver was awesome! We got into NYC and one of my friends realized she forgot her money and ID. He dropped us off in Little Italy and took her all the way back to Riverdale (50 mi.) and then back to the city. It took 3 hrs! He was great about it though, not once did he seem pissed, which I would have been. ~MarisNMike


We booked a 22 passenger limo bus. They arrived very early to both the groom's location and the bride's. The limo driver was very nice. He stood with me and my uncle before I walked down the aisle and made sure my hair was in place and that everything was just right. I highly recommend them. ~ CM1206

They showed up early to meet the guys and also to meet me which was nice. The limo driver was very nice and kind enough to offer to fluff my dress right before I walked down the aisle. He also directed us as to where to stand for the receiving line (MH and I had no clue). But there was no AC in the limo. And it was HOT on Friday. We were more relieved to get out of the limo and take pics because it was cooler outside than it was in the car. The driver swore it was because the limo was idling for so long but MH thinks that was just a cop out. Also, I thought they would be more professional in the sense that they would be contacting us to find out arrival times and locations but we had to call THEM to tell them. And they always seemed very impatient to get us off the phone. I don't think I would use them again. ~ mellisa721
