I went there twice… narrowed down the choices with my MOH and then went back with most of the BMs to pick the dress.They were easy to work with and helpful and the dresses came in on time.I had to call in a few measurements for the girls who couldn't make it there and that went smoothly as well.The only thing is that they didn't suggest extra length for one of my BMs and she could have used it, but overall the dresses fit everyone really well and they all looked amazing. ~ cknud112

My girls saved so much money getting their dresses from here. The service was great and the dresses arrived early. The sizing was a bit off, but that was likely due to one BM losing a lot of weight, one being post-baby, etc. Not sure about the accuracy of the size charts. ~Strunella

Excellent store. Great customer service. Most of the girls had to get their dresses taken in, but that could have been the nature of the dress or the size chart by the manufacturer. All in all no complaints. ~Caryn1980
The dresses all came in beautiful and we got the best prices here. The reason I didn’t give them an A+ was b/c every one of my girls had to get their dress altered big time but I don’t know how much that is their fault since they just go by the chart that the designer provides. Also, I felt like they didn’t have the best people skills ever. ~ N&W09
I wanted Jenny Yoo dresses for my BM’s and they are the only retailer in NJ that carries them, so we checked them
out. We were very happy with the service and price. I would recommend them. (None of my BM’s used them for alterations.) Recommend. ~ 30may09bride
I felt that nonchalance and the store owner was very helpful. I had a huge bridal party and a lot of dresses to order. They gave us a good discount and all the dresses came in 2 months before the wedding, when ordering them 6 months out. Only one girl had the issue of her dress being too large for her, but I don't know if she lost weight since we ordered. they were even good with sending one of the dresses back due to the manufacturer making a mistake and it went back to the manufacturer and was back in time after being fixed. My mom got her MOB dress there and it was cheaper than where she originally found it and she also got a discount. My now mother inlaw got her MOG dress there and received the discount as well since I had gotten my bm dresses there. Only 4 ppl had their alterations done at nonchalance alteration store (Flair) 2 of them had good experiences and the other 2 were not so happy but their dresses looked fine day of and fit right so I'm not sure if I could say that they werent just over reacting because they wanted everything to be perfect. Everything turned out great and all my girls looked amazing day of! ~ Dancer2873

I really like the customer service their and they did a great job with all the alterations. One girl was unsure about her dress when she went to pick it up and they altered it on the spot and make it fit just right. The reason they get a B and not an A is bc 3 of the 5 girls' dresses were ordered obnoxiously big and I felt they were just trying to get those alteration dollars. ~ Sinthya
