Gerda and her 2nd shooter did a fantastic job. We were worried about missing the entire cocktail hour and she really directed the "posed" family shots well in the church after our ceremony. We got through them very quickly and were off for the main photoshoot. She set up some very unique shots, I really can't wait to see them. She is aggressive though, she really works you and pushes you, which may not be for everyone, but in the end I think we will be glad we went a little extra and captured those extra shots. Craig and Doreen were such wonderful people to work with. They really kept me calm with the rain and being upset about having to move the ceremony indoors. They took some great shots and even had us outside for some shots despite the rain. I cant give them an A for sure until i see my proofs but just working with them was great. I also used my videographer John from the same company and he did well also. They were all very personable and helpful.

What MH and I really liked about Frank was that he kept everything light. MH parents are divorced and when it came time for formal pics there were some potentially awkward situations but he made it very easy for everyone. He showed up early, was great to work with and agreed to stay overtime. I would say the only reason he didn't get an A+ is because we had a hard time getting in touch with him in the beginning and then again a week before. ~ melissa721

He was so nice to work with. Took tons of pictures and was almost invisible. We never felt the camera being shoved in our faces and other than family pics nothing was posed. He was everywhere getting every shot, but did it in the most easygoing way. ~ aspeckles

 

We can't speak more highly of Chris, his personality, professionalism, creativity. His experience is impressive, his passion is possibly unmatched & his sense of humor, his calm but energetic presence all added to the day. I knew I wanted to work with Chris the second I met with him. Mark is really uncomfortable around a camera, but at our epic shoot he really put Mark at ease. On the day of Chris arrived and took a ton of pictures. He braved the cold so we could get some outdoor shots. He even helped my 85 year old uncle get into his tux. I hardly noticed that he was there during the day. He also noticed that my bustle was coming out and offered to pin it back up for me. Chris was hands down, our favorite vendor. He went above and beyond and did more than just photograph the day. And now that I've gotten back my pictures I'm completely blown away. They're better than I could imagine. David and his wife Amy make an excellent
team!  They were so fun to be around the day of the wedding.  Their
easy going and relaxed personality put all of us at ease (esp when we
were running a little behind schedule getting ready).  They showed us
a few pictures the day of the wedding, they were gorgeous and we can’t
wait to see the rest!   We also had them set up a photo station at the

They've been great to work with from the beginning with engagement photos, working with my husband and I's ridiculous schedule, returning calls that we can't wait to see our photos and video. The day of they had us laughing and they were even out on the dance floor with our guests getting shots of dance-offs and what not and was accomodating to all our requests. ~ princet1
 

We recently had the great pleasure of using Figtree Productions for our engagement and wedding photographers. The sign in book they made was almost too beautiful to write in, and they captured the love and playful spirit of our relationship. Our main concern was that after all the formal pictures were taken, we wanted the photographer to be as unobtrusive as possible. The photos before the ceremony were taken quickly so we were able to enjoy the cocktail hour. And, just as we wished, Joel, his wife, and 2 daughters took pictures without us even knowing about it. In addition to all the beautiful candid shots they took, they were professional, imaginative, friendly, and polite. The CD of the wedding pictures was ready less than 3 weeks after the wedding. I would highly recommend using Figtree Productions as your wedding photographer. To get an idea of the wonderful photos they take, go to their website and look under “archives.” This will give you a sample of the beautiful and imaginative photos they take. At first I was a little worried that Gene might be that "annoying, over-bearing" photographer type, and to be quite honest- he was the EXACT opposite. He listened to my DH and I, never bothered us, and kept us right on time the entire night. We really enjoyed working with him that day and CANNOT WAIT to see the final pictures. ~ misskris927

I have to say that John and his assistant were quick with taking the posed shots and it wasn't like we were standing around all day taking pictures. He did get some really great shots, and I wish I was a little more vocal on some pictures I really wanted...but it wasn't John's fault it was hot and I was cranky;0} and it was my wedding day so my thoughts were raising, so some photos slipped my mind during the day, but he did get a lot of essential shots as well as unexpected ones. He was funny and at times made up crack up during some of the pics. I loved that I was able to see a slideshow during the reception it allowed me to see some of the shots without having to wait weeks for the proofs. I loved how my sign in board and epics had turned out as well, which were a great part of the package!
At my house he made himself at home and didnt look like he felt uncomfortable with us. His assistant was great and did take a picture I asked her too. I had over 1100 proofs so it def was hard to pick my album pics. I loved the set up of my album it was set up perfectly and I love looking at it. They made any changes I asked for and were timely in changes and getting my album. All prints I bought were flawless and I was really pleased with my choice ~ Dancer2873

I think it is clear to everyone that I LOVE Jose’s work and he did not disappoint. He was on time and got to work right away. From day one he has been so much fun to work with that it was almost like it was a friend taking pics. He was so good and providing direction and fixing my hair, veil, dress etc as he was taking pictures. He was very creative with a lot of shots and also captured some really cute moment. He played a slideshow at the reception with pictures of the day and it was FABOLOUS! Keep in mind that he had to pull this slideshow together in less than an hour after taking well over 2K (could be higher) pics and that he didn’t have a chance to edit the pictures and they still looked amazing…so I can only imagine how great the final product will be. Every single person (no lie) that has raved about the wedding has included how much they loved the slideshow in their comment. He will be posting the slideshow online for me to see soon so I will share that with you girls. I really can’t say enough great things about him other than he does a great job and for what you’re getting, the packages he offers are a great deal. I can’t wait to see all the pictures! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Kenny! He was by far my favorite vendor. His work is phenomenal and he genuinely makes you feel like you are the most spectacular couple he has ever worked with. He really goes above and beyond...shows up earlier than expected, stays late...just a super vendor. People can't believe how amazing our engagement and wedding pictures are. Friends have said his work is some of the most amazing wedding photography they have ever seen. He is THAT good. ~ Strunella

Melinda and her assistant, Alex, showed up on time and were extremely pleasant to work with.Our videographer was very non-intrusive.I am withholding my grade until we get our proofs, which should be in another week or two, but up until this point we had a very positive experience with them. ~cknud112

Alex was our main photographer and Filippe was his assistant. They were beyond awesome and worked the whole day and stayed until the last note played. Awesome, awesome, awesome. They are on the pricier side, but are beyond worth it in my opinion. ~ Lovemuffin1125

We've only received 4 teaser photos so far, but they look great. Roger was at the salon before we even arrived and he took so many pictures of us getting ready. His assistant was already at The Tides taking pictures of the facility being prepared, and awaiting the arrival of the guys. Roger then followed us to The Tides and followed me while the assistant stayed with the guys. The two of them worked great together. During the reception they set up a laptop where they had a slide show going of pictures they had taken earlier that day - and they also looked awesome! I really can't wait to receive more pictures. After looking at all of the pictures that have been posted on Facebook from other people, I've noticed that the photographers were EVERYWHERE and taking pictures at really nice angles - so I'm excited to see the rest. ~ Mishie

 

Linda is the owner and what can I say she rocks! She was so much fun and had awesome pictures on laptop at the reception for people to view. I even think a few people booked events with her while they were there..lol. She showed up with a second photographer which I didnt expect but was pleasantly surprised. She was very fun to interact with and the bridal party had a lot of fun with her. She is really amazing and I cant wait to share pro pics with you guys. ~ jen629

Havent seen the pics yet but hopefully they'll come out good. We had to do all indoor shots since it was raining. My only issue is that we were supposed to have 2 photogs but he came alone so thats something we'll be talking to him about. I smell some refund money lol ~ oby
